I had a project and a div had both resizable and draggable and they work just fine(VS 2013.2). I upgraded to VS 2013.3 and transferred my code to a new project template. Now draggble works and resizable not. At first I thought that in the new environment these
are inconsistent and commented out draggble and still no change! I updated nuget packeges of jQuery and jQuery UI(Combined Library) to 1.11.1 but there is no change. Any idea to resolve the issue?

I recommend to test your project on VS 2013.2 to make sure your code is fine, maybe your problem is not caused by new environment.
Sorry for delay. I think the problem is the CSS files. In the previous project I included jquery-ui.css in the Bundle.config and it worked. This file includes all the styles(other files are in the form of jquery-ui-x.css like jquery-ui-resizable.css, etc).
Now in this project I added all.css in the Bundle.config and it only includes two imports(namely base.css and theme.css) and now it does not work(I mean resizable). I deleted all.css and added core.css, draggable.css and resizable.css. Now It works in FireFox
but not in IE. How can I fix it to also work in IE? Is there something that I missed? Is other components affect IE behavior like modernizer? I work with IE 10 and I think it must work! Another question: Does nuget packages(jQuery and jQuery Combined) automatically
add reference to css files?
