[RESOLVED]Installing and Publishing a WordPress Blog with WebMatrix

Hi Everyone

(First post so I apologise if it’s in the wrong place or a duplicate)

I am trying to create a WordPress blog using Webmatrix

So I went to the following webpage:

http://www.microsoft.com/web/post/installing-and-publishing-a-wordpress-blog-with-webmatrix

However all the images of the screenshots essential to understanding the tutorial are missing!

How do I report this broken page? There were no links on the page to report a problem with it.

Cheers

hi, I’m a little confused, are you trying to report a issue?

can I ask what kind of the problem you hit?

I don’t know where you can report the problem, but there is another blog at
http://www.microsoft.com/web/post/your-first-website-using-webmatrix
that can help you to create a WordPress blog.

Bye.

Hi Ye Yu

Thanks for replying!

Yes I am trying to report 2 issues.

1. Have a look at the following Microsoft Webpage:

http://www.microsoft.com/web/post/installing-and-publishing-a-wordpress-blog-with-webmatrix

It’s a tutorial page, but it’s missing all it’s images/pictures.

Without the pictures the tutorial is useless.

2. So I decide to report the page to Microsoft but there was no functionality to do so anywhere on Microsoft.com other than make a post on this forum!

Some websites have as standard a "Report a problem with this page" hyperlink in the footer.

Which then emails the bug to the webmaster.

One would reasonably assume that Microsoft would follow this good practice, but they dont!

I hope I have made myself clear.

Thanks in advance

Best Regards

Hi GmGregori
