[RESOLVED]html 5 Audio tag not working in IE

I have a very simple auido file that I want to play.  I have it in mp3 and ogg.  Seems to work well in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.  But IE 11 is giving me a headache.  I used he developer tools to see if it was the version of IE but it does not affect the
player.

Here is and example

http://michaelschauffler.com/sites/churchinthemeadows/Sermons.aspx

here is the code

<audio controls preload="none">
        <source src="Images/Sermons/20141012_02.mp3" type="audio/mpeg" />
        <source src="Images/Sermons/20141012_02.ogg" type="audio/ogg" />
        <em>Sorry, your browser doesn't support HTML5 audio.</em>
    </audio>

I just tried it in IE 11 and Opera and had no issues with either one.

Hi Zap_Man,

For your issue, I have tested the link which you provide in my ie 11 , it worked very well.

Here is a similar issue like you which may give a right direction:
