[RESOLVED]Anyone who have tried using TinyMCE with ASP.net MVC ?

Good day!
Anyone who have tried using TinyMCE with ASP.net MVC ?
I have some questions.

Q. For example, I have a Survey controller action [HttpGet]Create. How can I add fill-up forms (textboxes) inside the TinyMCE Editor that can be positioned wherever desired? Is there a plugin for that?

Q. What free file manager can you recommend that with handle uploading of .docx,.png, files, etc.?

Q. In case I successfully added a Survey content with the textboxes and accompanying images included. Can you give an idea on how can I convert the generated html back and be rendered as Cshtml views?

THANKS ! :)

I use TinyMCE all the time with MVC.

This question is a little confusing. TinyMCE is a rich text editor, it replaces a single text input. You cannot add textboxes inside the editor. If you are capturing survey info, do you really have a need for a text editor if you are trying to put text boxes
inside the editor?

#2What free file manager can you recommend that with handle uploading of .docx,.png, files, etc.?

There are many different plugins, like Jquery File Upload, Fine uploader etc. There is a plugin that is integrated with TinyMCE called moxie manager
http://moxiemanager.com/

but its not free. I personally roll my own. It is very easy to add custom content to the editor using the execCommand.

#3 In case I successfully added a Survey content with the textboxes and accompanying images included. Can you give an idea on how can I convert the generated html back and be rendered as Cshtml views?

The content from the editor is easily saved as html. So you can just add classes and apply styles like you would normally.

Hope it helps!

-Based on the requirement the survey form must have fill-up forms. These fill-up forms must be added dynamically inside the editor to be filled up by the user. Once the user has filled-up the survey. The content of the survey form with the answers will
be saved as html. When getting the content It returns html. How can I render the generated html as a page markup?

You can’t render textboxes inside of the editor. Your form would have to be separate from the TinyMCE editor. I do not understand why you would need a rich text editor to fill out a form. You can save content from a regular textbox as html. You should read
through the documentation to give you a better understanding. (http://www.tinymce.com/)The TinyMCE documentation is very complete and thorough.
